Shocking network speeds


I’ve just got a new monthly ID mobile contract, and i am barely getting over 1meg speed. I have an iphone 12 pro max. Changed handset over to a new android mobile and it’s the same.

 

This speed is at home and out in my local area, I am in Barry close to Cardiff UK.

I really did not expect such poor network coverage, as i was with 3 for 12 years.

Sadly this is not acceptable in 2024 for network coverage in the UK.

As for support there is no dedicated number or app or anything for ID Mobile, I deeply regret swapping from 02.

It has improved as I closed my account and went to VOXI.
