I am hew to ID mobile. Have an S24 that is causing me problems. No1 can hear me when I call them or they call me. Calls cut out too. I have tried the on-line chatbot thing but after waiting 40 minutes the message cam back with .....you have 428 minutes to wait. Customer Service seems non existent. Can anyone here offer any ideas?

Hey @Tracie McGowan,

Are you still experiencing issues? If so try a NETWORK SETTINGS RESET. Hopefully this’ll fix things.

Thanks.

@tony tango Motorola forums suggest the following:

  1. Go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset

  2. Touch Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth > RESET SETTINGS

  3. Touch RESET SETTINGS

  4. Try to reconnect to Wi-Fi, cellular data, and Bluetooth, or try to share your Internet connection again.

I'm in the process of backing up & then will try the factory reset. Very cautious as don't want to lose photos or msgs from my mum who recently passed away

@BMATT2909 - You don’t need to do a Factory Reset. Just a Network Settings Reset. This won’t delete any of your personal data. Thanks!
