Upgrade period and PAC codes


Hello all! 

I know that requesting a PAC code is free to do. I am just wondering if you request a PAC code in your upgrade period, if there are any additional charges to pay for the contract?

If your contract minimum term has finished, then you’re able to use a PAC without paying an early termination fee, @ellie.mawdsley1

Text INFO to 85075 to find out how much you’re likely to pay if you used a PAC from iD today.

You should be able to upgrade from your iD online account or the iD app once you’re within the final 60-days of a 24-month minimum term handset contract from iD, @ellie.mawdsley1
