If someone tries to call me when I am out of reception then it tells them it is an invalid number rather than going through to voicemail. How can I rectify this? Thanks!

Check your phone’s VOICEMAIL settings to ensure it’s configured to call id Mobile’s v/mail number.

Is this still an ongoing issue? I might be wrong, but this could be normal behaviour, as if you’re out of reception, your phone isn’t registered to the network, therefore won’t be recognised.

Yes it’s still ongoing. In the past my phone has gone to voicemail when out of reception. It’s just odd to say number is invalid as then people think they have wrong number.
