Why would I not have an internet connection whenever my phone shows the 5g symbol? Once it goes back to 4g I can then connect OK. I thought iDMobile now supported 5g?

Yes iD Mobile does support 5G so this sounds like an unusual issue. Are you still experiencing problems?

I had the SIM card before 5g was available and only recently got a 5g capable phone. Is there anything I need to do to enable it, or should it just work?
