Bill going up

Why does my bill keep going up, and yet when I renewed my contract I was promised, that as a loyal customer my bills won't rise, and I was assured of a fixed payment of £18.99. And bellow is my my written conversation to ID mobile.

""

Called ID mobile today 05/07/2023 at 11.45 am.
This is to much the buy mobile deal of the same phone, unlimited data, unlimited text, unlimited calls at £19.00 on a 24 month contract:-

Explained about buy mobiles offering me a better deal, with £0 upfront charge with honor magic light.
The guy said ID mobile will offer me an £18.99 deal,  100gb of data, plus loyalty add on  unlimited data on top of 100GB of data, as a loyal customer, and unlimited text, unlimited calls all for 24 month contract. In short everything is unlimited.
It's a free add on, that ID mobile has given me as a loyal customer (Unlimited Data), on top of the 100gb of data, and it will be recurring until the end of 24 month contract.

Contract ends on 05/05/2025

So why change now, and start robbing me of my hard earned cash, and to make the matters worse, I've phoned id mobile, to try and speak with someone about this, and the only way I can raise my issue is through this chat, what a joke.

Now can id mobile explain to me why I came from paying £18.99 to £35.99 before I cancel this contract and my direct debit.

Hey @jhakizimana,

Looks like your first bill is pro-rated and been billed from 21/06/2024 to 13/08/2024. Don’t worry, your future bills should be £18.99.

Thanks.
