changing plan whilst abroad

Hi.

I have just changed from the 36gb plan to 30gb whilst I am abroad in Holland. I have hardly used any data, but I've just received an SMS telling me I've used 100% of roaming data, which is obviously not correct.

Should I ignore this text because I wasn't prepared I couldn't change plans whilst abroad.
