Hello, I would like to change my phone number to my old one, but I can’t find the switch code. Can you resend it to my email?

I’m not sure what you mean by the switch code, do you mean the transaction number?

 

If so, this should begin with a 4 and be in your “Welcome to iD” email.

 

If you don’t have this, please let us know so we can get in touch and take a look.
