My contract has come to an end, so I would, having requested a pac code, be expecting on transfer to other network to pay you a pro rata amount for the month (monthly amount is £29.41)

the amount your automated leaving email states (and in the account section about leaving costs) adds a further £59 pounds which is I think 2 months line rental I am disputing this and think there should be no further line rental since my contract came to an end today.

If so can you adjust the figure so I don’t pay out more than I should.

Don’t think your iD contract ends until you cancel or leave iD Mobile, @toneharb?

At the end of a 24-month minimum term, your iD contract continues on a one month rolling basis.

Maybe ask iD customer service to explain - reach out at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (their chatbot works 24/7).

Hey there @toneharb, welcome to Community!

As @andewhite has kindly suggested, your contract continues past the contract expiry date until you contact us to cancel, or leave us via a PAC/STAC code, or upgrade to a new plan.

If you would like to query your billing, please do contact us via our live-chat:

Thanks,
