Ihave terrible intenet in glasgow, i cant even perform my job properly. I have been a customer for many years but this is the worst ever, been going on for a week, sluggish internet.
can some one from ID advise whats going on, ill have to witch network provder as i cant deal with this slow performance - never been this bad

If you don’t see any issues it may be worth testing a replacement SIM or the SIM in another handset.
