I pay for my phone and insurance and then claim them back as expenses from my employer. But I am not receiving invoices or receipts for the monthly insurance payments (£8.99/month)? how/where can I get these please?

We don’t offer insurance directly, presuming you’ve purchased from Carphone Warehouse/Currys you may have insurance with Team Knowhow, we’d recommend contacting them on 0800 049 0221. (Again, assuming you have insurance with them)
