PAYG Bundle auto renew option?

I’ve seen on many posts it says select auto renew option for your PAYG unltd bundle - my did account disengage this option just a top up option - I just want an auto renew option so I don’t have to mess about or get cut off

Have you tried to enable the option in both the app and your account online?

You may need to add a direct debit payment option first

If you still have issues, please contact our Live Chat Team and they can check if it can be enabled manually.

You can’t set up a direct debit on a PAYG account

Sorry for that, you should have an option to select reoccurring when you make a purchase for a bundle.
