This is my first month of missing a payment what will happen ?

Hi @Laurag33 

 

If a payment is missed, we may soon restrict your services until bills are brought up to date.

 

If a payment is over a month old before it is paid, it may affect your credit file.

 

If a payment(s) continue to be missed, a debt collection agency may be contacted to collect.
