I am unable  to find my welcome email and am trying to find my transaction number

Have you checked your junk folder? You could always contact customer services & ask them to send it again or to give you your transaction number over the phone.

You can submit a porting request without needing to provide a transaction number by login in to your iD Mobile online account.
