requested.

Once my plan had expired, I purchased a new phone therefore a new monthly sum of £12.  Once I had set up a direct debit for said £12 I continued to pay until I realised that ID mobile had adjusted my original direct debit to £12 per month.

Therefore I have been paying twice for one service.

On discovering this I cancelled the DD I had set up when purchasing my phone.

I hope this is sufficient

 Information.

No, it’s not sufficient. Your plan never expires unless you give the required notice, PAC out or use a STAC. So now you have two active plans and if you want to close one, you need to contact iD Mobile and give them 30 days notice as per your agreement terms.
