What happens when the contract ends?

Does the amount changes or remain the same?

Hi @Sirgius

I’d recommend the same as @andewhite here.

Your plan would continue as it is until the account holder decides to do something else with it, whether that be;

  • Upgrade to a new device (Available in the final 60 days of a 24 month device plan)

  • Upgrade to a SIM only plan (Available once your contracted period has ended)

  • Cancelling your plan (Either via 30 day disconnection or PAC code)

When the minimum term of your contract finishes, you’ll carry on paying at the same monthly rate, @Sirgius

You can change to another (cheaper) iD plan, after the minimum term finishes.

FYI, your iD contract doesn’t end until it’s cancelled by one of the parties.
