Good Afternoon

Currently have an e-sim and looking to get a new phone.

I understand that transfer is not possible and I require a new sim but can the number be transferred or do I have to go somewhere else for a month to come back?

Thanks for any answers.

Hi @Martin Radford,

Welcome to the Community!

You’ll need to request a replacement SIM. The link below will provide further information.

Thank you for your reply but it doesn’t answer the fundamental question of whether the number can get transfered as well?

Hey there @Martin Radford, if you get a replacement SIM card/eSIM, and activate it to your contract, you’d keep your phone number.

If you order a completely new contract with us, and are already with us, you cannot directly transfer your phone number to the new contract.

If you complete a triangle port which you referred to, where you leave us and go to another network and transfer your number there, and then back to us on the new contract, then that’d be completely fine to keep your number with us on the new plan.

Thanks,

Tyler
