Sent s23 fe, as part of promo for an extra £75. Paid extra for special delivery. Tracked as received on 5th September. Haven't had any contact from ID/Currys etc to confirm receipt of phone or confirm payment. Emailed the trade up email Monday morning...no response. Tried currys live chat, can't help. Nobody willing to discuss and live chat bot only refers to the trade up email.

 

I have completed the promotion form before sending do not worried about that.

When will ID/Currys confirm receipt and confirm valuation? What's the agreed turnaround time of this which is conspicuously absent from any documentation or website.
