I had a text yesterday to say my new sim been activated not ordered myself, 10 minutes later. My signal went down, luckily I was connected to WiFi then they managed to access my PayPal and then try to take money from cards registered I don’t have a working phone can’t speak to anyone in person on ID Mobile. Chat team said there was an outage!,, but my husband can use his phone on same network waiting to call complaints line absolute nightmare apparently you can pay £5 to get a replacement sim from curry’s so doesn’t have to be sent to your address god knows how this has happened but not happy with security need some one to contact me ASAP

You can also contact iD Mobile by sending a PM via Facebook Messenger, or X (formerly Twitter).
The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
Replacement iD Mobile SIM cards are free from any Currys store.
