I upgraded my contact yesterday but then received a message to say

“You've now used 100% of your 30GB Roaming data limit. From now on, roaming data will include a surcharge of £3 per GB.”

I haven’t used data roaming for over a month. Have I lost my international roaming rights by upgrading?
