Can anyone tell me why we have no phone coverage in Timperley South Manchester WA15 6SJ? Neither myself or my wife's phone is working but 4G seems to be ok. I've tried Three’s status checker but no faults have been reported. How do I report a fault?

Enable VoLTE. If your device doesn’t support VoLTE, then you will need to replace it with one that does.

If texts and data are working but not the phone - then its likely they’ve turned your 3G mast off. Im Cheshire and mine went off two days ago and Ive been unable to make or receive calls since. No one can give me an answer on how I get the phone to work.

We use iPhone 13’s which I believe defaults to VoLTE.

Correct, VoLTE is enabled as default on iOS.

Hey there @Peter Ball, welcome to Community!

Is the issue only with calls, or are texts and data affected also please?

Thanks,

Tyler
