I asked a question about changing the default customer service PIN, as it is not an option within the app (where it is stated in your welcome text). I received a PM from a user here with a normal mobile number to TEXT my personal details to with the query; they even signed off the PM with “iD Support”.
So, I see no details on how to block or report a user. How is this done here?

+24The same happened to me, they signed the message as ID Customer Service but next to the name it says they don't work for ID.
