SMS says I gave used 100% of my data. App says I have 15GB. Which is true and which is false?

Is any of your data an add-on?
If so this will start after the plan allowances have been used so you’ll get the text once the data has been used.

No. You have completely missed the issue. I received an SMS saying i had used all my data but app said i had loads ( carried over). I still don’t know which was correct.
