I registered my PAC code during the ordering process on a new phone, and the transfer date is today.

I’ve put the SIM in my new phone after I shit it down but not powered back on yet.

Should I power on now (8:30am) or wait til a certain time or until I get some email that the transfer has taken place before I power up with the sim?

I just got an SMS on my old phone with the number I’m transferring, so the transfer hasn’t taken place yet. I’m not sure what will happen if I power up before the transfer as presumably I could have a new number temporarily.

Hi @Jeremy Bradshaw

If your old SIM has turned off, we’d recommend using the new SIM in your device and turning it off/on periodically to help kick it into action.

All transfers should complete before 10pm on the date given/selected.
