My phone can't make and receive calls

Hi,

My iPhone 11 can’t make or receive calls. But it seems it can receive messages. I am using e-sim. 

Any suggestion?

Sorry to hear about the issues with your calls.

It seems that the issue may be due to VoLTE.

Please can you enable VoLTE on your handset and try again?
