I transferred details of my old telephone number on Friday using PAC and transfer number but was told that phone numbers are not transferred over the weekend so should be by the 8th October. I know I am probably being impatient here but I am desperate to get the number changed as my husband has health issues which require our gp surgery and hospital to contact us from time to time.

Once a PAC is submitted, you will be provided with a date for the port to take place. On the day, this can be processed anywhere between 8am and 10pm but we will do our best to keep you up to date on whats happening.

Once iD Mobile start working on your switch it may take until 10pm to be completed, although most seem to be finished mid/late afternoon on the date scheduled.
