Hello I have paid my monthly bill but services haven’t been restored, also on my mobile app where I’m told my “next bill so far” it says a larger total than should be giving I have just paid the only bill I had. Any help?

I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your billing.
When making a payment, it can take up to 24 hours for the services to be restored. Has your service resumed since you posted?
With your bill, have you checked for any additional charges that could explain the higher amount? If you have made any changes to either your tariff or direct debit, this could also explain the change in price.
