Can I change number on ID mobile, but at the same time don't lose existing one with intention to port it to different network? I heard if I use Pac code and take oryginal number to other network I will have to pay termination fee for my contract.

Hi @Piotr Sobczak,

Unfortunately once you change a number the number is lost and replaced my the new one.

The only way to move the number is via a PAC code and it can only be the number that is assigned to the account at the time, however it will generate a termination fee.

Hi @Piotr Sobczak,

Welcome to the Community!

If you port your number out using a PAC code the number will be disconnected and a termination fee will be generated.

What if I change number first. It cost £25 operation fee. What happens to old number? Is it gone completely? Any way to keep it for other networks?
