I’ve received and email today telling me my switch over to id mobile is complete. I’ve discovered I can’t send and receive messages or make and receive calls.

This might be caused by the provisional number allocated on the new iD SIM card. If you put their SIM in too early your phone can retain that number instead of your number.

please have a read of this and let us know how you get on:

It starts with iPhone, then Samsung phones and most other android phones in that order.
