how do i upgrade to a black friday deal, i am already on id?

I am on a one monthly contract. I have seen a Black Friday del but how do I swap to new deal, as it will not allow me those options

Hey there ​@Avtar Gill, thank you for reaching out.

 

To upgrade with us, you’d need to order an upgrade from the iD Mobile app/website, not a new contract.

 

To upgrade on a 1-month plan, you’d need to have been with us for at least 6-months on the current plan.

I am an existing ID customer on a monthly SIM only unlimited plan @ £18 per month.

I have tried twice to upgrade to a Black Friday 12 month SIM only unlimited plan @ £15 per month keeping the same number. 
I’ve completed the process to the end including Credit Card details but have received nothing and my plan has still not changed.  

Can you explain why this process has not worked please and what I need to do?
