Stop PAC

I just ordered a return for the iD Mobile deal, as my town has no proper coverage. I don't know what to do to stop PAC. I marked it for Wednesday this week, but now I don’t want it to happen. I want to keep my number with my current provider. Please advise.

Contact your current service provider quickly, @Tomasz Tomaniak

In addition, you could also speak to the iD Customer Service team, about your PAC, using their online Live Chat service - the customer advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

Just tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Hi @Tomasz Tomaniak

You’d be able to get in touch with us directly to cancel an incoming number transfer, however this would need to be done before the transfer is set to happen, in this case we’ve only got to this post on the day of the transfer, so there wouldn’t be any way for us to now cancel it.

The good news is however that we’d now just allow the transfer to complete and then we can provide a PAC number for that so you can take your number elsewhere once the return is completed.

Please let us know if you still need further assistance with this, or for a quicker service, we’d recommend using the Live Chat, Facebook or Twitter.
