I've just renewed my sim only contract going from a monthly rolling to 24 months. Same sim as before but now I keep getting no service?

Sorry to hear this, it sounds like we may have sent another SIM just in case and it was activated, you should receive this within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail (or via DPD if this is an upgrade to a device plan).
If you need a replacement SIM before that, I’d recommend the below;
