I’m having such a bad time with ID Mobile! My messages are still not going through as iMessage. I’ve reset mobile provider, turned my phone off, taken the sim out and still nothing!!

Use the steps in the “Remove your phone number” section FIRST - then the steps in the “Set up your phone number” section.
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
