Why has id changed my contracts when I have not ask for it and now no rollover?  Keith

Hi ​@coloquil

Are you able to provide some further information on this?

iD is not able to change your contract unless an upgrade has been processed, or a plan change request submitted.

The data rollover resets every other month, and also resets once there’s been a plan/tariff change.
