overcharged bill after changing plan

I was on £6 plan No contract, today I changed it to £18plan unlimited data, just after that I saw a bill showing on my account £29.00, I don’t understand why is that ? even I capped bill to £00.00 ! So can someone explain me why ID billing me incorrectly ?  
#i recommend everyone No one should use this Poor Network, absolutely frustrating

After having changed your plan or made an upgrade, your bill may look and appear a little strange, the short version is, it’ll work itself out in time and should you be overcharged, you’ll be credited on your next bill.

Have you check the length of billing period, for the bill with the higher than expected amount, ​@khadiza Rahman

Sometimes when you change or upgrade your iD plan, the bill immediately afterwards has a billing period longer than 1-month.

Hi have you contacted id mobile because it could be because when you change your plan 

They charge in advance for your new package.
