I planned my switch from my number with giffgaff to id mobile on 13/01/25. I wanted to see my id mobile account online to check billing etc and I opened the account. When opening the account it asked for a number - my old number from giffgaff didn’t work so I put in the number I was given by id mobile and it worked. However, I just read on one of the help guides that you should set the online account up after your number has switched. I’m now worried I will lose my old number. I just want to check if my old (current) number will be ok and that the numbers will be switched so that I will have my old number on this ID contract
