Help. Mobile ID app won't let me in. Codes do not work. Tried 20 times. Need to know when contract ends

Try sending the text INFO to 85075, from the phone with your iD SIM, ​@Bad

You should get a reply, with balance remaining on your iD contract - divide this by your regular monthly repayment to get an idea how long until your minimum-term ends.

Otherwise, ask an iD adviser using the online Live Chat - the advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

Thanks. Got in.

Now I need to find out more about my plan. Not sure if the monthlybpayment includes the handset aswell as sim contract. Says it ended in April 2024 but I didn't know and kept paying. No letter or notification. So looks like I paid 9 months too much therefore refund due?

Yeah ​@Bad, alas that’s how iD Mobile sell contract phones.

The phone & plan are combined (without a breakdown of phone and airtime costs). Should you forget your minimum-term has finished, your contract continues on a rolling monthly basis at the same monthly cost, even though you’ve paid-off your phone.

Change or upgrade your plan before you worry about a refund, which I suspect won’t be forthcoming.

That is so helpful. Thank you very much. I've dropped the ball but yes will look to upgrade and try to forget about the overpaid fees

I am still getting an email to say need to pay outstanding debt but I got an upgrade and no longer use old phone. It was cancelled also well over the term. I'm actually due a refund but know I will not get it. So why does the email threaten me with debt agency? Also does not say how much they want and can't see anything under the old phone on id mobile app. Please help? So sick of this now? Being treated so bad by the company, they could at least provide the granular details, ie how much am I supposedly due???????
