I've just received my currys gift card from I.d mobile but the gift balance is 00.00 no money on it. My deal which qualified me for the gift card was offered to me from I.d mobile and was completed on theire app. So what do I do now.

You need to use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser
The advisers work until 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
