Refer a friend

Just had an email informing me that my refer a friend reward has now been authorised I’m then required to submit either my bank details or my PayPal account details This makes me suspicious because ID mobile already have these details for billing purposes Is this legitimate and if so why can’t ID mobile simply credit my account with the information they already hold Thank you

Hi @Keith7856

I’d recommend double checking the sender of the emails themselves, as @MZone suggests it should be from Aklamio.

The refer a friend scheme is administered by a 3rd party company called Aklamio, who handle all customer enquiries. You can contact them via email at customer-service@aklamio.com. So if you have referred a friend and the email is from @aklamio.com then it’s legit.
