Websites very slow to load today, if loading at all

Hi,

I spent over half an hour on the ‘chat’ this morning, only to be asked to do a system reset, which I did. Some websites are loading painfully slowly (BBC news site with grey boxes where photos should be), some not loading at all. 

I’ve reset a few times now, deleted a couple of old apps, cleared browsing history - any other bright ideas?

Thanks in advance and forgive me the delay but I’ll probably check this on the laptop again later as my phone just can’t cope today

I wouldn’t say you need one as I have never had to get a replacement SIM since I had a Nokia 3210 as my first phone LOL. But feel free to try one if you want. Like I said before down to network congestion on the mast. More people connected. Depending what they are doing etc etc.

Could be just congestion on the mast you are attached to.

I have fibre to the property and my laptop is working fine - the phone isn’t. ​@idmobile  do I need a replacement SIM as I’d had issues last month too?
