Anyone on here know how I can view my iDmobile bills older than 12 months??
This ever so difficult question seems beyond the skill set any of the chat ‘helpers’ that I can reach after 15 minutes of jumping through hoops ...

Unfortunately unless you’ve already saved it, bills over 12 months old are purged and cannot be accessed, sorry.

Any company is required to keep its paperwork for 6 years
