I don't use up my data and paying over the top. At £44.99 and month how do I lower this. Due to not using I don't look to see if it is any higher so now my debit has been cancelled.

Cancelling your direct debit doesn’t cancel your plan. You’re just trashing your credit file and will likely fail any future credit check as a result. Oh, and any monies owed will be passed on to a debt collection agency.

Hi @Flo Philomena

If your contracted period has ended, we’d recommend using the app to take a look into a plan change or upgrade at a possibly lower cost.

If you’re still in your contracted period, we won’t be able to lower your monthly amount based on usage, sorry.
