id mobile missing received calls


People call me, the phone doesn’t ring and the caller later tells me that it went straight to voicemail.

Happens regularly, probably about 40% of calls - although there is actually no way to know precisely how many calls I miss!

Read several similar topics on here, none of which had a proper solution (people giving up is not a solution).  
Coverage area supposed to be good for 4G (BN7).

Phone is an iPhone 13 with latest software.

We are very sorry to hear your calls are not being received. 

Can you please check that your number is showing correctly in the handset? 

Please select Settings - Apps - Phone- My Number. 

It will need to start with +44 and not 0, for example +447123456789.

Hey there ​@Lewesian22, what phone do you have and what’s your full postcode please?

 

Have you tried restarting your phone, and also resetting network settings?

iPhone 13, as per post, latest OS
BN7 1BH 

yes, restarted the phone, no change. 
network settings reset, no change.

Network states « ID WiFi call » currently, but I also lose calls out and about.

Is this an issue no matter what, when connected to 3G/4G/5G?

I don’t believe ID provides 5G here and I assume I’m usually on 4G.

but how am I supposed to know what I was on when I miss calls.  I miss them. 
 

any suggestions?
