@Shereen zumari Are you looking to leave I'd mobile? Are you on a contract with a phone and you meant once this has come to the end of the current contract ends you'll be wanting like a sim only contract?
Once you logged into you IDMobile account you can check to see how soon you'll be able to UPGRADE to a sim only contract, be it monthly, 1, or 2 year contract if I'm correct.
Hey there @Shereen zumari, if you wish to cancel at the end of your contract, you’d need to request a 30-day disconnection via logging into the app/website, or via contacting us 30-days before you’d like to leave. Or, you can request a PAC code to transfer your number to another network.
If you wish to stay with us, you could also upgrade.
