Hi I’m with Chase bank and have had issues with my direct debit. It is setup and just fails to take and a few days later I get a notification of missed payment. I spoke to customer services who were pretty useless they have just said it won’t happen again and just end the chat. It’s probably best to switch to another provider, I’ve only got another 3 months on my contract. I just wanted to check if any other users get this? It could be a chase bank issue but they have told me this is not the case.
