Billed twice in May despite early April final bill request


Hello,

I have received and been billed for an additional three direct debits, since my early April final bill request.

As I have no signal in Curacao, exactly how many times do you think you can carry billing me for ?

For example, your bills also confirm that there was no usage since the beginning of April.

As such, I await your refund of these incorrect, totally unfair and inaccurate charges.

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Salacia    

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Absolute rubbish response, as I have no signal in Curacao which leaves me unable to use your live chat!

The same way you are able to reply on this public community. I am not an iD employee. You need to use live chat to help with any billing issues.
