poor signal and need to leave


My service with ID is horrendous, basically paying for something I can't use due to extremely poor signal. 

I cant afford to pay the fee to end service early. Does anyone know a way I can transfer my current mobile number to a new provider but still make monthly payments to ID until contract ends. When I request pac code ID are automatically charging me a lump sum and not letting me continue to pay monthly

Once you port your number out a final bill will generate as you are no longer connected to the network. Only way you can continue to pay monthly is if you don’t port your number until the contract commitment has ended.

I’m sorry to hear this, unfortunately as ​@MZone suggests there wouldn’t be a way to do what you suggest.

 

Are you having issues with signal in certain locations or everywhere?

 

How long have you had these issues?
