why cant i make or receive calls?

For the last 24 hours I've been unable to receive or make calls. Text and Internet OK

Hey there ​@Alison Ramon, the webpage above is updated every 30-minutes, therefore, if it hasn’t changed, this means it’s still on-going. There are two messages it shows, and this is either the message I sent above that it’s showing now, and that no work is on-going.

 

Although the wording doesn’t change, this occurs every 30-minutes, so is in real-time.

PS is there a problem in my area? Torquay Devon? If so why no updates?

Is this happening in all areas or just a certain one(s)?

It seems to be affecting most areas in Torquay and I see Exeter has a problem too. I was able to make a call in transit in one spot of Torquay this morning and then as soon as I moved it went off again. There is a notice about trying to fix the problem on service status but this has never been updated

But you don't provide updates nor any specific explanation as to what the problem is.  Even if you can't say when the problem will be fixed you could refresh the message every few hours. We've had the same message for a day and a half.

Ok thanks Tyler. The service update indicates voice calls are in normal ( green ) service. This is clearly wrong as my area and others in the south west of UK are disrupted. Please update the chart
