My contract is £29.99 a month however this month I’m been charge £49.51. There are £4s worth of added charges for multimedia messages. How do I find out what the rest is for as on my bill is states ‘ monthly reoccurring charge’ what is this?

No it just says monthly reoccurring charge £38 something then plus VAT which takes my bill to £49.51

Probably best to try a web chat with iD customer service, or send them a PM on Facebook or X. The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
