payments


Any idea why i have skipped a months payment

So last bill i payed was 8/04/25 it skipped mays payment and took double payment today.

Just trying to figure out what has happened for it to skip a month and to charge me 2 months of payments and to avoid it happening again in the future

Probably best to get in-touch with customer service about your direct debit, using the iD Mobile online web chat service, ​@Adamx2023.

The iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends). 

Tell the 24/7 iD chatbot that you’d like to “talk to a person”.

I already did before posting here "I think it is because of the direct debit date you changed" 

It hasn't been changed in 9ish months

Ill get back in touch over the weekend

@Siân i did not get it sorted i would still like some assistance.  Basically i just want to know what has happened and why it skipped a month. And how i can avoid repeating it
